Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery (Free): Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons or promotional periods. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 15:00 PM (GMT) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.

Missed Delivery / Redelivery

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier will either:

• Leave the package in a safe location

• Leave a calling card for redelivery instructions

• Attempt redelivery the next working day

Please ensure your address details are entered correctly at checkout to avoid any delays.
