Where We Ship

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery (Free): Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods, public holidays, or due to courier service conditions. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after the daily dispatch cut-off, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Missed Delivery / Redelivery

If no one is available to receive the order, the courier may:

• Attempt delivery again on the next working day
• Contact you using the details provided at checkout
• Share redelivery or pickup instructions

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number at checkout to avoid delays.
