AuremBlack offers coffee and related products through its website.

However, product colour, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly from what appears on your device. Product descriptions, prices, offers, and availability may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Our products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold without our written consent.
3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another written communication.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including where:
- Product availability is limited;
- Pricing or product information contains an error;
- Fraudulent, unauthorised, or suspicious activity is suspected;
- The delivery address is incomplete, incorrect, or not serviceable; or
- The order appears to be for resale or commercial use.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will process the applicable refund to the original payment method.
4. Prices, Payments, and Taxes
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, and promotional offers may change without notice.
You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact details. Payments are processed through the payment options made available at checkout. We do not store your complete card or banking credentials.
Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other charges will be shown at checkout or in the order confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once an order has been dispatched.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because our coffee products are consumable food and beverage items, opened products or products with a broken seal are not eligible for return or refund, except where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
7. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, offers, and discount codes are subject to their stated terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to previous orders. We may cancel or refuse orders where a promotion has been used incorrectly, fraudulently, or in violation of its terms.
